Illustration piece for Barcelona City Council celebrating Llum Barcelona 2023, a light festival organised by the city of Barcelona that has its roots in the 1929 Barcelona Universal Fare. Including nods to Op Art and the festival's Art Déco roots we played with Moiré effects in print and digital to create the illusion of light.
